The Magic Circle Young Magician of the Year 2019 was held last weekend at its central London Headquarters.

In front a packed house, six competitors competed for the coveted title and we are delighted to announce that the winner was our very own Adam Black.

Scott Penrose, the Magic Circle President said “It’s great to see so much fresh magic and the magicians of the future compete for this wonderful trophy. Adam will no doubt have a great future following in the footsteps of some many others who have gone on to establish a great career”

The Young Magician of the Year is one of the most prestigious prizes in magic. It has been won by performers including Dominic Wood (Dick & Dom In Da Bungalow) , Paul Dabek (The Illusionists), and Ben Hart (BBC’s Killer Magic, BBC Three’s Life Hacks).
